It’s a difficult job making botanical juices and syrups while maintaining their therapeutic values. You need specially controlled temperatures. We, at Asia Herbs, do third-party contract manufacturing for herbal syrups, daily health drinks & pure natural juice. The plant is well equipped with modern cold press extraction equipment and automated liquid filling lines, capable of producing high purity and stable liquid food products.
Cold Press Extraction
Fresh crops excite us and thus, we avoid boiling away the goodness. The Extraction line cold presses the fresh pulp of herbs, say amla, aloe Vera, sea buckthorn, under regulated environment ensuring minimal nutrients loss. This soft extraction technology, free from heat processing, protects the vulnerable, heat sensitive enzymes & nutrients thereby resulting in a high therapeutic value finished product.
Double Pressure Filtration
Nobody like a syrupy formulation which is hazy & may separate into layers or sludge settle in the bottom of the container. Each batch at Asia herbs is double filtered under pressure by using a multi-stage plate filtration unit that provides a clear, residue-free and uniformly standardized liquid formulation. Double pressure filtration ensures stock unification & natural self-life extension.
High Speed Bottling & Labelling
Turning requirements to bottle is done fast and efficiently. Our integrated line comprising of automated Capping and Shrink-Wrapping machine caters food-grade Amber PET/Glass bottles in size from 100 ml to 1000 ml at one roof and in the same, we add a complete custom Labeling & Protective Outer cartons.
